if these shows weren't played in Egypt, they would be viewed for what they are, disjointed, mediocre shows, with boring set lists and occasional moments of tasty jamming...the Shakedown from the 16th is a classic...the blending of the ollin arageed jams into dead songs was interesting...listen to them for posterity, you might even find soemething you like, but for kickass '78 go elsewhere...(like the winterland shows that follow)

You may have caught me jerry-picking- I will admit it- so I will check some of the other songs out and see if I still disagree with you strat- I am just always on the lookout for different interpretations of the song book and those three songs stand out
